Smooth, creamy, and bursting with flavors, this Pesto White Bean Dip is not only gluten-free, it’s dairy-free and perfect for dipping Onesto Crackers into.
The wonderful team at Onesto reached out to me to see if I wanted to try their crackers. After looking through their website and carefully reading their ingredients list, I said yes. The crackers arrived in a couple of short days and my girls and I test-tasted each one. The crackers are thick and crunchy, similar to pita chips. I quickly whipped up a batch of my Pesto White Bean dip, and we dipped our crackers and enjoyed are lavish afternoon snack.
Onesto Crackers come in four flavors: Ancho Chile, Everything, Rosemary, and Sea Salt. They are gluten-free and dairy-free (but not nut free, they include almond flour). You can order them online from 1 or more, with free shipping on an order of 12.
I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite of the cracker flavors. I think it depends on what I am in the mood for. Each cracker is good for snacking and for dipping. I’ve already dipped these crackers into Pesto White Bean Dip, Hummus, Guacamole, Goat Cheese, and honey. I’ve also eaten a fare share of them plain. They are quite addictive.
The recipe for the Pesto White Bean Dip is one that I created a while back. I haven’t made it in a really long time and instantly thought of it when I tasted the Onesto everything crackers. It is perfect with them. It’s a super easy to dip to whip up, and it stays good in the refrigerator for several days, so you don’t have to worry about running out of dip while you enjoy your crackers.
The good people at Onesto have graciously offered to give two lucky winners each a box of all four flavors.
