Tastes so good - This dip is really, really good! It tastes so good!
INGREDIENTS IN GLUTEN-FREE BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
Chicken - Boneless skinless chicken breasts or boneless skinless chicken thighs. You can use a rotisserie chicken if you are in a rush.
Hot Sauce - You need to use a hot sauce, a wing sauce or buffalo sauce. I've used Frank's Original. You can add more or less Franks Original to taste.
Water - Add some water as part of the dip ingredients.
Cheese - Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. You can also switch up the cheese in this Instant Pot gluten-free buffalo chicken dip recipe. We sometimes use Colby jack or sharp cheddar cheese.
Ranch dressing - Use ranch dressing or dried ranch dip mix. Make sure to check labels to see that it is gluten-free. I don't use blue cheese dressing. Blue cheese dressing is not in this recipe, but I do like to add blue cheese crumbles.
Optional - Diced green chiles - for additional spice and flavor.

Chachi
Can you make using frozen chicken breast? Do you know time adjustments? Thanks
Wendy Stoltz
Hi Chachi,
Yes, you can. I would adjust it to roughly 22 minutes. Generally, you can add approximately 50% more time to the cooking time for fresh chicken breasts when cooking frozen chicken breasts. However, it's important to note that cooking times can vary depending on the size and thickness of the chicken breasts.
arthur
How can 1 cup be 8 oz. and a 1/4 cup be 4 oz.?
any chance of updating to correct which one is accurate?
chrystal
Hi Arthur,
Thanks for the catch! It's fixed.
Best,
Chrystal
