My family and I love tropical places (who doesn’t?). Anytime we have the opportunity to travel to someplace warm and tropical we try to eat as much of the local produce as possible. These past few weeks we have been dreaming of Hawaii and with that we have been craving mango’s.
I had never used mango in a smoothie until recently and let me tell you – I AM HOOKED! Blend some frozen mango chunks with So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Milk and lime juice and you have an amazing and inviting beverage that pulls you right into that happy vacation feeling. It’s simple and it’s healthy.
Usually, when we make smoothies, we use strawberries, blueberries, banana’s, spinach, and apples… or a combination of. The mango brought an extra smooth texture and appealing flavor that I hadn’t had before.
