How to Make Gluten-Free Galette
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the apples, lemon juice, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Toss to combine and set aside.
- Roll out the pie crust on the flat baking sheet lined with parchment. Place the apples in the middle of the dough, leaving about 2 inches of space on the sides.
- Fold the sides inwards and pinch to stay put. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
