EASY GLUTEN FREE MEALS
There are so many different gluten-free meal ideas. If I don't meal plan, I find myself at a loss of what to make when it's time to make dinner.
When I'm cooking for my kids, though, that definitely narrows down my options a little bit.
I want to make sure that I make a gluten free meal that my children will eat, but that still has great flavor that myself and my husband will enjoy as well. Gluten Free Pizza is one of their favorites, but we can't have pizza every night.

When making breakfasts that use gluten free flours: To measure flours, use a scale or if you are using measuring cups, spoon the flour into the measuring cup and then level it, don't scoop the measuring cup into the flour. Gluten Free Meals: Gluten Free Meal Ideas

Ingredients
- 1 scoop (35.7g) Vanilla Protein Powder (or unflavored)
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tablespoons dairy-free milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spray pan with olive oil or oil of choice.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Pour ⅓ cup of batter into the pan and swirl until the batter spreads.
- Cook until the underside of crepe is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Loosen the edges of the crepe with a rubber spatula then carefully flip. Cook another 1-2 minutes or until done.
- Fill with your favorite ingredients and enjoy.
Notes
- You can use your preferred brand of plain or vanilla protein powder in this protein crepe recipe.
- You can use your choice of milk in this recipe. Full fat milks tend to make the batter too thick to spread.
- Double or triple the batch and freeze the extras for leftovers.
