WORKING WITH GLUTEN-FREE FLOURS
When working with or measuring gluten-free flour, spoon the flour into the measuring cup and level. Do not scoop your measuring cup into the gluten-free flour. The best method really is to weigh the gluten-free flour, but a lot of people still use measuring cups.
WHAT GLUTEN-FREE FLOURS CAN I USE?
You can use my personal gluten-free flour blend (#1 or #2) or Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten-Free Flour Blend (not the all-purpose) in this recipe. Most blends that have a combination of flours and starches work well in this recipe. Just note the texture will be different from blend to blend.

Hi, I saw your Blackberry Cobbler first and then looked for the Blueberry one. I noticed that the topping recipes differ a little. Is that because of less fruit in the Blueberry cobbler? I can't have Blackberries but they always look so good.
chrystal
No, you can use either of the toppings recipes for either of the fruit fillings.
Best,
Chrystal
