Does fudge need to be refrigerated?
Not all fudge needs to be refrigerated, but refrigerating it will help it stay fresh longer.
This easy fudge recipe is best when stored in the refrigerator, as it helps it hold its shape and stay fresh.
How to cut Nutella fudge
This Nutella Fudge is on the softer side. It’s close to a refrigerator fudge. You can cut it after it chills.
If you lined your dish with parchment paper, using the parchment paper, remove the fudge from the dish and place it on a cutting board before cutting into squares.
If the fudge isn't firm enough to cut, set the pan in the freezer for about 10 minutes, to help it firm up further. Don’t forget to set a timer so you don't freeze it until it's hard.
You can also dip your knife in warm water, dry it off, then use the warm knife to cut this fudge.
