Gluten-Free Beef Stroganoff Recipe
So many stroganoff recipes use cream of mushroom soup and even cream cheese. This recipe is a little different we make the sauce from broth, gluten-free flour, cream, seasoning, and mushrooms. It results in a creamy, tasty sauce that is so comforting you cannot help yourself having more.
You can decide on the beef meat cut you want to use, but bear in mind the cheaper cuts of meat will need to cook a little longer in order not to be tough.
Make sure you choose a side that laps up all of the sauce, so none goes to waste. I like adding it to gluten-free noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes. A nice crusty bread also works well. Follow my step-by-step directions for success, yet this recipe is so easy you will make it with such ease.
