This was very quick and easy to make. I used a cup of dried chopped mushrooms in place of the 2 cups of fresh. It worked perfectly didn't even need to change the liquid ratio. Didn't have wine so just used water. Added a little bit of liquied smoke. Turned out great. It's fast and easy to prep.
