Gluten Free Dinner Ideas: Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients
- ¼ cup gluten-free soy sauce or tamari sauce
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic (about 2 small cloves), diced
- 2 large chicken breasts
Instructions
- Combine the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, and garlic in a microwave-safe dish and heat for 30 seconds on low (or over low heat on the stove if you don't have a microwave).
- Place chicken breasts in a container or a gallon-sized zipper bag.
- Add sauce to chicken and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill for 12-15 minutes or bake in a pre-heated oven on 375°F (190°C) for 20-22 minutes or until chicken is done and juices run clear.
