My cookies came out dry and crumbly
If you’re cookies were dry or crumbly you may have added too much flour. Make sure to spoon the flour into the measuring cup and then level it.
Also, I’ve only tested these cookies with my flour blend, Ryze gluten-free flour, and Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten-Free Flour. If you used a different flour, the ingredients will be different and they may or may not absorb more of the wet ingredients.
