Did you know that Sin City has the most restaurants per capita in the United States? I’m happy to report that out of these 4,300 options, there are plenty of gluten-free restaurants in Las Vegas, including bakeries, brunch spots, and even buffets!

I’ve categorized the following restaurants and provided the most important details. Whatever mood you’re in, there’s bound to be an option for people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivities.

    Viva gluten-free Las Vegas!

The 7 Best Gluten-Free Restaurants in Las Vegas

Here are our top contenders for the best gluten-free restaurants in Las Vegas.

    El Segundo Sol

El Segundo Sol is a great gluten-free Las Vegas Strip option. Conveniently located in Fashion Show Las Vegas (the Strip’s premier shopping mall), nearly every menu item at this authentic Mexican restaurant is gluten-free. They do everything in their power to accommodate restricted diets, including:

    • Using a dedicated fryer.
    • Serving certified gluten-free tortillas.
    • Accompanying gluten-free dishes with food allergy markers.

I recommend starting your El Segundo Sol experience with bottomless chips and salsa. Then you can choose between tacos, fajitas, and enchiladas (Mahi Mahi tacos for me!). Happy Hour starts in the bar area from Monday to Thursday (3:30 to 6:30 pm). Who can say “no” to margaritas and sangria?

    Flower Child

The team at Flower Child says it’s on a “soul-satisfying mission to serve positively delicious vibes to the Las Vegas community.” They use fresh whole-food ingredients to provide customers with a range of customizable bowls, wraps, salads, and main meals. The aim is that you can mix and match the veggies, grains, and protein to make your perfect dish. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, keto, or paleo, there are menu items available for you.

Take a seat in the cozy cafe and choose from the vast selection of gluten-free options, like the gluten-free mac and cheese or turkey chop salad. For dessert, the lemon olive oil cake might sound unique and tastes incredible. If you’re looking for a gluten-free and keto restaurant in Las Vegas, make Flower Child your first stop.

    Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar isn’t just a cute name: They actually welcome furry friends onto their patios with open arms. They even have a dog menu, so your pet can enjoy a hamburger alongside you!

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar isn’t necessarily a gluten-free restaurant but offers a gluten-sensitive menu. So while the menu items are modified, there is a risk of cross-contamination during production. They recommend notifying staff of any allergies and will do their best to accommodate your dietary needs.

Gluten-sensitive items include Tex-Mex salad, grilled salmon, and their signature Sweet and Spicy Wok.

Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab Restaurant

The first Joe’s Stone Crab restaurant opened in Miami Beach in 1913 – right on Joe’s front porch! As a national chain, it’s renowned for its Florida stone crab, signature sides, and Key lime pie.

Fortunately, if you’re a gluten-free consumer, you don’t have to miss out on the “Joe’s experience” with their designated gluten-free menu (including their quintessential stone crab!). If you prefer turf over surf, they offer a plethora of steak options, as well as a vegetarian menu.

While their pie isn’t gluten-free, you don’t have to miss out on dessert. Personally, I think the gluten-free brownie sundae might be even better.

    Mon Ami Gabi

Looking for gluten-free restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip? Mon Ami Gabi is a lovely French bistro sitting in the shadow of Vegas’ Eiffel Tower replica. With the Bellagio Fountain across the road, it doesn’t get more central or scenic than this.

Mon Ami Gabi has a gluten-free menu available on request. But I’ll save you time: You can’t overlook the gluten-free eggs benedict for breakfast. Start with the classic steak tartare or duck leg confit for dinner, then indulge in the signature steak frites.

    Veranda

Located at the Four Seasons, Veranda offers an idyllic poolside terrace and gluten-free meals from breakfast to dinner. While you might expect an Italian restaurant to offer nothing but pasta and pizza, the staff is incredibly accommodating to gluten-free customers. Their kitchen staff assures guests that gluten-free dishes are prepared in a designated area with special utensils and equipment that limit the risk of cross-contamination.

Gluten-free menu items include beef carpaccio, green risotto, and grilled ribeye steak. Gluten-free desserts are available on request, so don’t forget to ask!

    Saginaw’s Delicatessen

When it comes to Jewish delis in Las Vegas, Saginaw’s Delicatessen is probably the most famous. Located inside Circa Resort and Casino, this 24-hour diner is actually one of the best restaurants on Fremont Street.

Brought to you by Paul Saginaw, the co-founder of Zingerman’s Deli (one of the world’s best sandwich shops), this deli is known for serving Jewish specialties like matzo ball soup and latkes. It’s also got a reputation for being home to Las Vegas’ Original Shrimp Cocktail.

Every item on the menu features allergen advice (e.g., wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs). The good news? Their over-the-top sandwiches are available on gluten-free bread. Choose from iconic flavors like a Reuben, fried bologna, brisket, or a BLT.

    Gluten-Free Bakeries in Las Vegas

At the time of publication, there were three amazing gluten-free bakeries in Las Vegas.

    Senza Gluten-Free Bakery

It’s right in the name. Senza is a locally-owned, 100% gluten-free bakery in Las Vegas. Their motto is “None of the gluten… all of the taste.” While the daily menu varies slightly, you’ll be delighted to find an extensive selection of baked sweet and savory treats. This includes cinnamon rolls, muffins, breakfast cookies, cupcakes, brownies, quiche, and freshly-baked bread, too.

Senza Bakery is famous for its Brazilian cheese puffs (“pão de queijo”), and I’m also a sucker for their chocolate-covered macaroons. This is one of the most affordable gluten-free bakeries I’ve ever visited, so don’t miss out. If that doesn’t convince you, how about their wide range of vegan and dairy-free recipes?

    GlutenZero Bakery

As the name suggests, there’s zero gluten used at this family-owned Las Vegas bakery. Their daily offerings vary, but let me just say that their cupcakes are to die for. If a brownie, chocolate cookie, or lemon-filled cupcake is available, snap it up immediately!

    Starburst Parlor

Starburst Parlor is Las Vegas’ premier keto bakery, meaning that every concoction is both 100% gluten-free and sugar-free. With its pink and turquoise walls, step inside this retro diner-inspired bakery to enjoy its rotating range of sweet and savory goods. The freshly-baked daily menu varies but includes bagels, hand pies, pizza, cookies, danishes, muffins, cupcakes, and cheesecakes.

Starburst Parlor also serves Two Spoons Ice Cream, a keto-friendly, gluten-free brand. Pick from flavors like chocolate brownie, rocky road, and coffee toffee. While you might come for the sweets, we strongly recommend staying for the pizza. It’s hands-down one of the best gluten-free pizzas I’ve ever had. Add in the establishment’s friendly customer service, and you’ll recommend Starburst Parlor to all your friends.

    Gluten-Free Breakfast in Las Vegas

Rise, shine, and hop on over to the best gluten-free breakfast place in Las Vegas.

    The Cracked Egg

The Cracked Egg is home to the self-proclaimed “best breakfast in Las Vegas.” The locally-owned restaurant has grown to six locations across Las Vegas since 2002. It’s safe to say it’s a favorite among locals.

The Cracked Egg has recently introduced its gluten-sensitive menu with a few disclaimers:

    • It isn’t a gluten-free facility.
    • While they take every measure to avoid it, cross-contamination in the fryer may occur.
    • The gluten-free bread isn’t toasted in a dedicated toaster.

If you’re gluten-sensitive, we recommend the two-page menu for its breakfast and lunch dishes. The Cracked Egg is probably most famous for its Sin City Skillets, which have a base of hash browns or seasoned potatoes, two eggs, cheese, and gluten-free toast on the side. From there, you can build your own skillet or “take a crack” at another option, like the Mexican Skillet (which includes chorizo, jalapenos, and salsa).

Gluten-Free Fast Food Options in Las Vegas

Check out these fast food hot spots when you need a quick fix before a Vegas show.

    Viva Las Arepas

Fast food on the Las Vegas Strip doesn’t get any better than Viva Las Arepas. Head here for authentic Venezuelan food. All of the arepas on the menu are gluten-free and made from corn flour and gluten-free fillings. The hardest part is deciding between fillings like garlic shrimp, wood-fired beef, roast pork, and black beans and cheese.

I’d recommend veering away from fried items (like the empanadas and pastelitos) due to potentially contaminated oil. That said, when it comes to quick and affordable fast food options on the Vegas Strip, you can’t go wrong with Viva Las Arepas.

    P.F. Chang’s

P.F. Chang’s probably doesn’t need any introduction. The Asian restaurant chain is all about making its food from scratch at every one of its 300 global restaurants, including a few in Las Vegas! The staff hand-rolls every dim sum, chops all the produce, and makes every sauce from scratch.

When you visit, ask the staff for the dedicated gluten-free menu. These items are prepared separately to prevent cross-contamination. When you peruse the menu, you’ll be pleased with the options: You can enjoy everything from gluten-free fried rice to Pad Thai to beef and broccoli. For dessert, there’s a gluten-free chocolate souffle with your name on it!

The Best Gluten-Free Buffet in Las Vegas

Buffets and Las Vegas go together like peanut butter and jelly. Don’t worry: There’s an option for gluten-free consumers.

The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas

For a leisurely dinner or a bottomless brunch on the Las Vegas Strip, The Buffet at Wynn is the place to be. They clearly label their gluten-free items, but the chef will happily walk you through the buffet to highlight your available options.

Altogether, there are over 120 dishes spread across 16 live-action cooking stations. Since The Buffet at Wynn is dedicated to serving you the freshest all-you-can-eat experience, most of the dishes are prepared in small batches (or even made to order).
